Can I use my timeshare?
Unfortunately, you cannot use your timeshare when booking through a Travel Advisor. If you choose to use a timeshare you will have to book the stay via your timeshare partner. You can still use your Travel Advisor to book transportation, tours & excursions, and so much more! Your timeshare booking can be added to your itinerary to house everything in one place.
What happens if my plans change and I need to cancel?
No worries, things happen! Please reach out to your travel advisor ASAP. Cancellation terms vary by stay. I will outline each policy in your proposal and offer travel insurance options for added protection.
How far in advance should I start planning my trip?
Ideally, 3–6 months in advance for domestic travel and 6–12 months for international or peak season trips. This allows for better pricing, availability, and customization. If this isn’t possible, I will still work to get you the best rate!
What if something goes wrong during my trip?
I offer 24/7 support while you’re traveling via phone and/or text. Whether it’s a delayed flight or a hotel issue, I’ll help resolve it quickly and efficiently to the best of my ability.
Do I need travel insurance?
While not required, it is highly recommended. Insurance can protect you from trip delays, cancellations, medical emergencies, and more.
When is payment due?
Payment schedules vary based on the resort or hotel. Typically, a deposit is due at booking, with the final balance due 30–60 days prior to travel. You’ll receive full details via email, phone call, video conference, or in your proposal.
Please note: some hotels do not qualify for installments, but as your Travel Advisor I will accommodate payment plans to the best of my ability.
Will I be charged automatically once I provide my card?
No. Your card will not be charged until you’ve given written or verbal authorization to proceed with booking.
